Key Responsibilities



  • General office management, in a fast paced goal oriented collections department.


  • •     Customer service regarding collection issues, account disputes, accounting adjustments etc…


  • •     Accountable for reducing delinquency for assigned accounts.


  • •     Credit bureau maintenance including disputes, fraud investigation, and system management.


  • •     Bankruptcy management including attorney correspondence, claim filing, negotiation, and payment   control.


  • •     Perform other assigned tasks and duties necessary to support the Credit/Collections Department. 



General Skill Requirements




  • •          2-3 years credit and/or collections experience


  • •         2-3 years general office experience


  • •         Knowledge of collections procedures


  • •         Strong attention to detail with a goal focus


  • •         Commitment to excellent customer service


  • •         Excellent written and verbal communication abilities


  • •         Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities


  • •         Knowledge of basic computer programs including Microsoft Office.


  • •         AS400 experience a plus.
